In the name of a care home in Salzgitter, we are looking for a Head of Establishment (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time.

If you possess leadership competencies and bring along long-standing professional experience, we would be delighted to receive your application! Your tasks: Management of the care home
Organization and coordination of processes in the house
Safeguarding quality in care
Implementation of statutory regulations and guidelines
Budget responsibility as well as cost and performance controlling
What we are looking for: Completed education in the healthcare sector and further training to become a Head of Establishment
At least two years of professional experience in this position
High social competence and empathy for the needs of residents
Organizational skills and assertiveness
Teamwork and communication strength
