Are you an experienced leadership figure in the care sector looking for a position where you can really make a difference?
In the name of a senior citizens' establishment in Barsinghausen, we are seeking a Head of Establishment (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time.
Your tasks: Overall responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the establishment
Leadership and development of a motivated, interdisciplinary care team
Quality assurance and further development of care and support standards
Economic management including budget and resource planning
Representation of the establishment vis-à-vis residents, relatives, and cooperation partners
What we are looking for: Completed training in gerontology/healthcare plus further education to Head of Establishment
Leadership experience in stationary elderly care
Business understanding and experience in budget responsibility
Communication strength and empathy when dealing with residents, relatives, and staff members
Innovative enthusiasm and passion for modern, person-centered care
