Your tasks: Overall responsibility for the operation of the facility
Leadership and development of the interdisciplinary team
Satisfaction of nursing quality & resident satisfaction
Responsibility for personnel planning & budget management
Communication with relatives, authorities & cost bearers
Your qualification: Completed qualification as an installation leader according to § 2 Abs. 1 HeimPersV or comparable
Professional experience in a leadership position in stationary old-age care
Leadership skills & organizational talent
Sensitivity in dealing with residents & relatives
Communication strength & economic thinking
