Head of Establishment (m/w/d)

For the strengthening of the leadership team of a private and future-oriented senior home operator, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Head of Establishment (m/w/d) at Jarmen, who takes over the management of the establishment with professional expertise, sense of responsibility, and modern leadership competence. Your tasks: Operational management of the entire establishment
Monitoring and control of operational efficiency
Sales representative for relatives and residents
Representation of the establishment externally
Ensuring resident care in accordance with quality and care standards as well as personnel recruitment and retention
Your qualifications: Completed training in care (e.g., as a geriatric nurse) or a care science study
Experience in team leadership and management, as well as organization and control of establishments
Fundamental knowledge of relevant statutory provisions, such as care and quality standards, labor law, etc.
Understanding of economic relationships and ability to manage the efficiency of the establishment
Able to constructively communicate with residents, relatives, employees, and external partners
