Head of Establishment (m/w/d)

We are seeking a Head of Establishment (m/w/d) on behalf of a care establishment in Ludwigsburg.
Your tasks: Overall responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the establishment
Leadership and development of a motivated, interdisciplinary care team
Quality assurance and further development of care and support standards
Economic steering including budget and resource planning
Representation of the establishment towards residents, relatives, and cooperation partners
What we are looking for: Completed training in old-age/healthcare plus further education to Head of Establishment
Leadership experience in stationary old-age care
Business understanding and experience in budget responsibility
Communication strength and empathy in dealing with residents, relatives, and staff members
Innovative enthusiasm and passion for modern, person-centered care
