Setup Specialist (m/w/d) Injection Molding

This goal as well as a modern environmental management system are the foundation for our success. As a Setup Specialist (m/w/d) Injection Molding, you will play a key role in this process. Your tasks will include: • Planning and organization of production processes; • Development and implementation of new manufacturing methods; • Optimization of existing processes; • Collaboration with the production team to ensure smooth production; • Monitoring and controlling of production processes; • Identification and elimination of errors; • Continuous improvement of processes and procedures. Requirements: • Completed vocational training in a relevant field (e.g. mechanical engineering, plastics technology); • Several years of experience in the plastics industry or a related field; • Knowledge of injection molding processes and production planning; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Good communication skills; • Flexibility and willingness to learn.
