• You will take over the operational processing of all relevant procurement topics, including the preparation of requests, orders, and careful tracking of deliveries and services until successful completion
• You are also responsible for negotiating competitive prices and favorable payment terms with national and international suppliers to optimize the company's profitability
• Furthermore, you will support efficient and professional communication with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth processes in the procurement process
• You will also ensure compliance with all internal guidelines and standardized procurement processes to guarantee quality assurance
• In the context of your activities, you will actively support the digitalization and continuous optimization of internal workflows in procurement by introducing new technologies and methods
• Finally, you will provide comprehensive support for processing strategic procurement topics and projects to secure long-term competitive advantages for our customer and identify potential

• You have a completed education as a commercial clerk (m/w/d) or industrial clerk (m/w/d), or a successfully completed degree in business engineering (m/w/d)
• You also possess advanced technical understanding of the different requirements in procurement for direct needs and relevant basic knowledge in complex contract management for purchase, work, and service contracts
• Your secure knowledge of SAP system usage as well as common MS-Office applications sets you apart and enables an efficient start to your tasks
• You also bring fluent English skills, with additional foreign language skills being a plus
