Your Tasks

• Tender clarification with departments and steering, accompanying, and coordinating tender procedures and smaller projects

• Content preparation and follow-up of procurement processes under regulatory standards

• Consulting and functioning as a strategic sparring partner for internal departments in procurement-related questions

• Review of existing contracts and their structured transfer and migration to the SAP system

• Independent contract creation and system-based recording of contracts, purchase orders (PO) or framework agreements (RV) in SAP

• Conducting negotiations with suppliers to ensure optimal conditions and services

• Self-responsible coordination of contract changes or re-tendering within the scope of IT reorganization

Must Requirements

• Relevant professional experience as a purchasing officer, ideally in the context of restructuring projects or company spin-offs

• Demonstrable experience in public procurement (procurement experience) to independently steer and set up tender procedures

• Comprehensive knowledge of contract management and reviewing, taking over, and migrating existing contracts

• Experience in negotiating with service providers and suppliers

• Competence in accompanying and coordinating tender procedures including content preparation and follow-up

Can Requirements

• Secure handling of SAP for technical implementation of contract transfers as well as creation of purchase orders (PO) and framework agreements (RV)

• Experience in purchasing IT services or migrating IT contracts

• Experience in consulting internal departments as a strategic sparring partner in procurement
