Aufgaben

What will you do?

• You will support our team in the entire recruiting process – from personnel planning to job placement and in operational daily business.
• You will learn about reviewing application documents, selection, and organization of selection. Besides classic interviews, we also use speed dating, applicant days, and trade fairs.
• You will learn about conceiving our workshops and prepare and plan them beforehand.
• You will actively work with us from the start, bring in your ideas, and successfully introduce new processes and tools with us.
