E&I Engineer

Vacatureomschrijving As E&I Engineer, you are part of the maintenance department in Ham and report to the Maintenance Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the Production, Engineering, and Process departments. Within the maintenance department, you are responsible for developing and managing the maintenance program for electricity and instrumentation (E&I) to maximize the efficiency and performance of the equipment and at the same time ensure that the factory meets the required standards and regulations. You will also be involved in the development of new maintenance procedures and the implementation of existing ones. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following: • Developing and implementing maintenance procedures for E&I equipment • Conducting maintenance and repair work on E&I equipment • Performing routine inspections and testing of E&I equipment • Identifying and reporting potential equipment failures or malfunctions • Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective maintenance and repair of equipment • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair work • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize maintenance processes • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with the company's safety and quality policies. You will also be expected to work independently and as part of a team, and to be flexible and adaptable in your approach to work. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, and will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. You will also have a strong understanding of electrical and instrumentation systems, and will be familiar with relevant regulations and standards. You will be a team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
