As an EHS Supervisor at Newell Brands, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) team across multiple sites. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, developing and implementing effective safety programs, and promoting a culture of safety throughout the organization. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the EHS team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. • Develop and implement effective safety programs and procedures to prevent injuries and illnesses. • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and correct hazards, and provide training to employees on safety protocols. • Collaborate with site leaders and other stakeholders to develop and implement EHS strategies that align with business objectives. • Provide technical guidance and support to sites on EHS matters, including incident investigation and root cause analysis. • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry organizations to stay informed about changing regulations and best practices. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in EHS leadership or management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. • Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and industry best practices. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
