Provides leadership and strategic direction in the implementation of applicable EHS policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company expectations. Develops and implements effective training programs to educate employees on EHS best practices and ensures that all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential hazards and risks associated with new projects, processes, and technologies. Conducts audits and inspections to verify compliance with EHS policies and procedures and identifies areas for improvement. Develops and implements corrective actions to address non-compliance issues and ensures that all necessary documentation is maintained. Provides guidance and support to employees on EHS-related matters and serves as a subject matter expert in the development of EHS-related training programs.
