Our Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Staff Department plays a crucial role in the digital backbone of our organization and is committed to shaping the future of technology. What do we do? Develop and monitor the ICT strategy and technical standards Ensure a reliable information system Manage the entire IT infrastructure and support both internal and external users The Service Delivery pillar develops software applications for the general administrations and staff departments. In close collaboration with them, we determine functional needs, identify new services, and improve existing solutions. Job Description As a Service Manager within our ICT Staff Department, you will play an essential role in ensuring the continuity and quality of the IT services delivered to the business. You are part of the Service Delivery pillar, which is responsible for the development and monitoring of the FPS Finance applications. Your tasks primarily include: You are responsible for your own multidisciplinary development team to ensure that the services within your portfolio evolve according to the needs of the business or IT You are responsible for the delivery and monitoring of application services You ensure optimal coordination with the Service Operations pillar, which is responsible for managing the IT infrastructure You maintain regular contact with stakeholders to shape solutions according to their needs You ensure that the quality of the delivered services is guaranteed and continuously improved In collaboration with your Business Partner, you negotiate service levels to be delivered with the business and document them in SLAs (Service Level Agreements) You ensure the continuity of the organization's operations by finding solutions for service interruptions or incidents You ensure that future business and IT needs are identified and followed up in a timely manner Profile Description What education and experience do we expect from you? You hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience You have at least 6 years of relevant professional experience as an ICT Service Manager What competencies and knowledge do you have? You have a good knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies You have experience with IT project management in an Agile environment and with the operational management of IT services You have experience with or a strong interest in change management You are able to process large amounts of information You have a good understanding of the functioning and management of IT systems You have good knowledge of application development and process management You possess the necessary soft skills to lead a team consisting of junior and senior profiles, as well as internal employees and external consultants from various partners What languages do you master?
