Egov Select - FullStack Developer

The Council for Alien Lawsuits (hereinafter: Rvv) is an independent administrative court that rules on appeals filed against decisions made concerning aliens in the context of asylum and migration. This concerns approximately 20,000 appeals per year, which are submitted by the alien or his/her lawyer. Depending on the nature of the appeal filed, there are different procedures for which different procedural steps, modalities, forms, etc. are required. The Rvv is constantly working to improve its services and processes and, as such, is now looking for a Full Stack Developer to strengthen the ICT team within the organization. Your tasks: * You will be part of the ICT team and will play an important role in developing and maintaining the current web applications. * You will develop new functionalities for existing applications, and you will also develop new applications. * You ensure the quality of the code and the applications by means of automated tests and code reviews. * You assist in the design and architecture of new applications. * You participate in the continuous improvement of the ICT infrastructure and processes. Your profile: * You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent through experience. * You have at least 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer. * You have experience with the following technologies: * Java/Kotlin * Spring Boot * React * PostgreSQL * REST APIs * Git * You are familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies. * You are a team player, you take initiative and you are results-oriented. * You have good communication skills and you are able to explain complex matters clearly. * You are fluent in Dutch and you have a good knowledge of English.
