Role Overview Emami Limited is looking for an Efficiency Development and Improvement Manager to drive business performance, cost optimization, and strategic initiatives across the Healthcare Division (HCD). The role will focus on identifying growth opportunities, improving profitability, and enhancing operational efficiency across OTC and Medico businesses. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and external partners to drive business performance, cost optimization, and strategic initiatives across the Healthcare Division (HCD).
