Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a First Line Service Engineer / Service Desk Employee who helps customers in a friendly and expert manner. You are the first point of contact for IT questions or problems. For example, you know the difference between a TAC and TAC 2 LAN network or you can correctly assign permissions in SharePoint. You register and monitor incidents in the system and ensure timely follow-up.

In addition, you know exactly how to reassure someone, communicate clearly, and quickly get to the heart of the problem. Finally, you are sometimes also involved in the installation of hardware and software migrations. A diverse and challenging role, therefore.

What will you do?

🔹 Support customers by phone and remotely (±70%)
🔹 Solve more complex IT issues (±20%)
🔹 Participate in migrations and installations of hardware (±10%)

In short, you are responsible for answering questions, resolving incidents, and implementing changes. You ensure customer satisfaction through your excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with your good mood and customer focus.

What do you bring?

✔️ MBO level 3 or 4, or comparable work and thinking level

✔️ Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Windows Servers & Office 365

✔️ Basic knowledge of network management
✔️ You are eager to learn, hands-on, and think in solutions
✔️ You have an affinity with ICT and enjoy helping people
✔️ You communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
✔️ Customer focus is in your DNA
