First Electrician

We are looking for an experienced First Electrician who can work independently and lead a team of electricians. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment. You will also be involved in planning and coordinating projects, overseeing the team's work, and ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with applicable safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of electricians and overseeing their work.
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
• Performing inspections and tests to ensure the safety and performance of electrical installations.
• Troubleshooting and providing technical support to customers.
• Ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with applicable safety regulations.
• Reporting to the project leader on project progress and any issues or bottlenecks.

Requirements:

• Completed MBO (vocational training) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an electrician, preferably in a leadership role.
• In possession of valid certifications such as VCA and NEN 3140.
• Good knowledge of electrical installations, wiring, and switching systems.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Problem-solving skills and resilience under pressure.
• In possession of a B driving license.
