Lead Electrician

Are you an experienced electrician ready for the next step? We are looking for a Lead Electrician who is not only technically strong but can also lead a team. In this versatile role, you will combine hands-on work with leadership tasks and ensure that projects are successfully completed.

What will you do?

As a Lead Electrician, you will lead a team of electricians and oversee their work. You will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment. Additionally, you will perform inspections and tests to ensure the safety and performance of electrical installations.

• Resolve faults and provide technical support to clients
• Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with safety regulations
• Report to the project manager on progress and any bottlenecks
• Plan and coordinate projects together with the team

Who are we looking for?

You have a completed MBO (vocational education) degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience as an electrician, preferably in a leadership role. You possess valid certifications such as VCA and NEN 3140.

• Good knowledge of electrical installations, wiring, and switching systems
• Strong leadership skills and effective communication
• Problem-solving ability
• Driver's license B
