EDUCATORS/EDUCATRICI - FOR SUBSTITUTIONS

E-Work e-work SpA – Lucca branch is looking for educators and educators to insert into nurseries and early childhood services at the Comune di Scandicci (FI). The opportunity is addressed to qualified professionals interested in short-term assignments in nursery schools and educational services, with brief contracts. Main tasks: The selected resources will be responsible for:

• Promoting the emotional, cognitive, and social development of children aged 0-6;
• Caring for the management and organization of daily educational activities;
• Collaborating with the educational team and families to ensure a high-quality service;
• SUPPORTING THE WELL-BEING AND HARMONIC GROWTH OF CHILDREN IN COMMUNAL NURSERIES.

Requirements:

• A degree in Education Sciences (class L-19);
• A Master's degree in Pedagogy or Psychology (56/S, 87/S, LM-50, LM-85) obtained by August 31, 2018;
• A Magistral Diploma or Liceo Socio-Psico-Pedagogico diploma obtained by the academic year 2001/2002.

In addition:

• No criminal convictions and no interdictive sanctions related to activities with minors (verifiable through a current casellario giudiziale);
• A request for registration on the register of professional educators socio-pedagogists.

Preferred title:

• Possession of a certification for support.

• Excellent relational and communicative skills with children, families, and colleagues;
• A willingness to work in a team and collaborate;
• Flexibility and availability for variable shifts;
• The ability to manage group dynamics.

Contractual conditions:

• CCNL Enti Locali contract;
• A gross hourly wage of €12.92;
• A working schedule with variable shifts within the 07:30 – 17:30 time frame, based on the needs of the Comune;
• A short-term assignment type.
