Professional Educator

Adecco Italia Profile We are looking for a professional figure to be inserted into the role of Professional Educator for school support activities. The selected resource will be placed in a school context and will be responsible for supporting students with learning difficulties or fragility, promoting their personal development and achieving educational goals. Responsibilities Provide educational and didactic support to students, in collaboration with school staff. Design and implement individualized or group interventions aimed at improving student autonomy and skills. Monitor student progress and prepare periodic reports to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions. Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to ensure an integrated and personalized approach. Foster integration of students into the school and social context. Skills and Professionalism Bachelor's degree in Education Sciences, Professional Educator or equivalent title. Brief previous experience in similar roles is welcome. Excellent relational skills, empathy, and predisposition to working with minors. Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various professional figures. Flexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving. Additional Information Insertion into part-time employment contract for 30 hours per week with level D2 CCNL cooperative sociali classification.
