PROFESSIONAL EDUCATOR

Humangest spa, Ancona branch, is looking for a Professional Educator for an important client company. The resource will be inserted within a residential structure that welcomes adults and children with physical and/or cognitive disabilities. The figure will be responsible for supporting guests in daily, educational, and rehabilitative activities, promoting autonomy, social integration, and psycho-physical well-being. The activity takes place in a multidisciplinary context at a close distance from the residential structure. The Professional Educator will work in close collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, consisting of psychologists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other professionals. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field, and will have experience in working with people with disabilities. The Professional Educator will be responsible for creating and implementing personalized educational and rehabilitative plans, as well as monitoring and evaluating the progress of the guests. The Professional Educator will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting to the multidisciplinary team. The Professional Educator will be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and will be expected to be available for on-call duties. The Professional Educator will be provided with ongoing training and professional development opportunities. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Professional Educator will be required to have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle. The Professional Educator will be expected to maintain confidentiality and adhere to the company's policies and procedures. The Professional Educator will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to be able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
