We are looking for a EDUCATORE | EDUCATRICE SANITARI AZIENDA for insertion at a specialized residential structure for psychiatric rehabilitation. Our client company is a Cooperative specializing in intensive psychiatric treatments and rehabilitation programs. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks: • Developing and implementing educational programs for patients with psychiatric disorders; • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans; • Providing psychological support to patients and their families; • Participating in the development of the rehabilitation program; • Collaborating with the team to ensure the continuity of care; • Participating in the evaluation and monitoring of the rehabilitation program. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: • Master's degree in Education, Psychology or related field; • Experience in the field of psychiatric rehabilitation; • Knowledge of the Italian healthcare system; • Ability to work in a team; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
