Through large institutions in the canton of Vaud, we are looking for H/F to join our team of interim poolists, specialized in the fields of disability (mental and physical), child protection, and if you have experience in these areas and wish to have a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable individuals, this opportunity is for you. MISSIONWork closely with existing teams to ensure appropriate support for the individuals concerned. Develop and implement social projects aimed at promoting the well-being and autonomy of those affected. This will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including professionals from the fields of education, healthcare, and social services. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and have a strong sense of empathy, this role may be an excellent fit for you. REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONSThe ideal candidate should possess a degree in Education (ES or HES) and have experience working with vulnerable populations. You will need to demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
