Educator - Certificate III

Little Zak's Academy is privately owned and family run. Our aim is to provide early childhood care and education in a safe, welcoming, adopting and nurturing environment. Our staff are dedicated professionals who value the importance of maintaining an optimum level of care and education for all children. We select our staff based on knowledge and values, vision for children and learning, and commitment to families. We are seeking an experienced Certificate III Educator to join our established team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating educational programs for children aged 3-5 years, in accordance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). This role requires a strong understanding of child development, curriculum design and implementation, and effective communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification, and at least 2 years of experience working with children aged 3-5 years.
