Job description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced ECT or Diploma Educator to take on the exciting role of Educational Leader! This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven educator to lead curriculum development, mentor a dedicated team, and contribute to ongoing excellence in early learning at a 70-place centre.

About the Role
As the Educational Leader, you will:
- Lead and support the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Collaborate with educators to develop innovative, child-led programs and documentation
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance pedagogical practices and reflective thinking
- Play a key role in Quality Improvement Planning (QIP) and centre-wide curriculum decisions
- Foster respectful partnerships with families, promoting learning continuity between home and centre
- Remain up to date with current research, theory, and sector developments
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection certifications
- Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and the role of Educational Leader under the National Law and Regulations
- Proven experience mentoring and inspiring educators
- Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
- A commitment to inclusive practices and continuous learning
- Full Working Rights - this is a permanent role (Mon - Fri)
- $51 per hour (dependent on experience)
