Education Counsellor

Job Title: Education Counsellor

Experience Required: 1–2 years

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents about our courses, programs, and career prospects.
• Understand student needs and provide accurate guidance for educational planning.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure high conversion rates.
• Coordinate with academic teams for smooth onboarding of students.
• Maintain records of student interactions and regular reporting.
• Participate in education fairs, seminars, and in-house promotional activities.
• Build and maintain a positive rapport with students and parents.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–2 years of relevant counselling experience, preferably with T.I.M.E., IMS, Career Launcher, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for education and career development.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Graduate in any discipline (preferably with a background in education/counselling/psychology).
