Your responsibilities

• independent sales of our services and products,
• tailoring solutions to the needs and expectations of participants,
• maintaining positive relationships with participants and their parents,
• achieving individual sales goals, which we reward with high monthly bonuses (with no upper limit),

Our requirements

• you have initial experience in independent sales,
• you enjoy and know how to work with warm leads (we provide you with potential clients, you handle the sales yourself),
• you know how to handle objections and post-sales service,
• you approach clients individually and professionally, and conduct conversations with them concretely and effectively,
• you enjoy and are not afraid of video meetings with clients,
• you are self-reliant, and financial bonuses motivate you to meet sales plans

Work time allocation

• 50% conducting video meetings
• 50% preparing for meetings and operational work
