Social Educators H/F - 70% at Le Pivert, Lausanne, is a temporary reception unit that has the mission to be a relief for parents of children with disabilities. It welcomes children aged from a few months to 18 years old, regardless of handicap. The team is multidisciplinary and ensures follow-up and care, particularly for polyhandicapped children. Le Pivert is open 24 hours a day during school holidays and from Wednesday evening to Sunday evening in social periods H/F - Le PivertYour mission is to provide support and guidance to parents of children with disabilities, while also ensuring the well-being and development of these children. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans for each child, taking into account their specific needs and abilities. Your role will involve providing emotional support and guidance to parents, as well as facilitating communication between them and the educational and therapeutic teams. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
