We are looking for several Educators (H/F) for one of our clients located in the Riviera-Chablais region.

Educateurs (H/F)

Your mission :

• Accompany residents in their daily life, promoting autonomy, participation, and well-being.
• Design, organize, and animate educational, pedagogical, or socio-cultural activities adapted to individual capacities and needs.
• Actively participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized educational projects.
• Observe, analyze, and transmit relevant information to the team to ensure a coherent and high-quality follow-up.
• Closely collaborate with educational, healthcare, and therapeutic teams to ensure comprehensive support.
• Contribute to a safe, stimulating, and respectful environment that respects each person's rhythm and particularities.

Your profile :

• Specialized educator training completed and/or recognized in Switzerland (SEFRI or equivalent title)
• Confirmed experience working with people with disabilities, polyhandicap, or associated disorders.
• Able to accompany beneficiaries presenting complex needs, both educationally and relationally.
• Sense of observation, patience, creativity, and ability to establish a trusting atmosphere.
• Communication ease with multidisciplinary teams, families, and institutional partners.
• Adaptability, autonomy, and professional posture in various environments.
