In a welcoming setting, you will be responsible for accompanying residents daily to promote their autonomy and social inclusion.
- Accompany residents in their daily activities to foster autonomy in hygiene, meals, movements, and organization of the day
- Develop, follow up, and update personalized projects for users in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team and families or guardians
- Design and animate educational, social, or cultural activities adapted to the abilities of residents, individually and in groups
- Actively participate in team meetings and maintain constructive partnerships with families, partner services, and reception structures
- Contribute to the prevention of situations of maltreatment and continuous improvement of the quality of resident accompaniment
