As a specialized educator within a medical-social establishment, your main role consists of accompanying and supporting residents in their journey towards autonomy

- Welcoming and orienting residents upon their arrival at the establishment
- Accompanying individually 30 referenced families in their social and legal endeavors
- Participating in the development and implementation of socio-educational and collective actions to promote autonomy
- Conducting home visits to ensure a good living environment and functioning of homes
- Coordinating and facilitating the departure of residents from the program while ensuring a smooth transition

- Contract: CDI
- Salary: 2000 euros/month
