SPECIALIZED EDUCATOR (F/H)

You will be responsible for supporting people with difficulties in their daily journey within a specialized environment
- Ensure daily accompaniment of residents by taking into account their specific needs and unique abilities
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of personalized support projects within the establishment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a safe and conducive environment for resident development

- Contract: Temporary
- Duration: 5 days
- Salary: €13.69 per hour minimum.

- Mastery of intervention techniques among individuals presenting behavioral disorders
- Ability to adapt and actively listen to respond to the specific needs of residents
- State diploma in specialized education required for this position
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team within a MAS
