In our capacity as an employment agency, we have a particular expertise in the field of disability. As part of the service project, EDUSPE contributes to a multidisciplinary team, accompanying the young person they assist.
Below is a non-exhaustive list of tasks that will be assigned to the hired employee:
- Organize and animate daily life and follow activities: propose socio-educational activities with the team, identify and solicit resources for the accompanied person, accompany the person in constructing their identity in respect of their choices and intimacy, organize times for relaxation, recognize and regulate aggressive or conflictual situations... ;
- Develop and implement individual projects: conceive and participate in the realization of an adapted individual project, communicate with various institutional and professional partners, act as a force of proposition... ;
- Write documentation: participate in adapting work documents according to regulatory evolution, participate in writing writings related to accompanying the person... ;
- Follow up on task completion and problem resolution: identify with the supervisor problems exceeding one's competence and solicit concerned persons/resources... ;
- Manage and process collect information about the accompanied person's history, develop anamnesis by soliciting partners, treat data in strict respect of professional secrecy... ;
- Counsel on professional projects by providing socio-educational expertise;
- Coordinate programs/projects/activities: collaborate with care and rehabilitation teams to ensure a program that is not too demanding for the received persons, ensure coordination of actions inscribed in the individualized project... ;
- Design, animate, and lead educational groups: recognize institutional needs requiring group action setup, position oneself as guarantor of socialization actions, manage the individual within the group and the effects of the group on the individual... ;
This is the details of the offer for this position:
- Contract: CDD
- Duration: 12 months
- Salary: €2500 per month We are looking for a specialized educator (F/H) experienced and diplomaed to join this IME capable of deploying communication means and alternative methods (PECS, ABA, TEACCH or French sign language...).
- Analytical capacity;
- Writing skills;
- Relational skills/communication sense;
- Ability to inform and transmit information;
- Mastery of computer software;
