SPECIALIZED EDUCATOR (F/H)

Your main tasks will be:
- Develop and implement personalized educational projects in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Accompany the people received in developing their autonomy and social skills
- Ensure constant monitoring of the evolution of the needs of the people received and adjust interventions accordingly
- Participate in team meetings and write reports to ensure smooth and effective communication
The client is ready to offer the following conditions:
- Contract: Full-time CDD
- Duration: 1/month renewable
- Hours: 08h30-12h30, 14h-17h from Monday to Friday
- Salary: starting at €11.88/hour (to be seen according to seniority and applicable remuneration on the association) We are looking for a specialized educator (F/H):
- State Diploma in Specialized Education required
- Ability to listen and empathize
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to develop and follow personalized educational projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
