We are looking for a dedicated person to support individuals with specific needs within our medical-social establishment, based on a 7-hour rotation.
groups of 6 educators with 6-week rotations (internal hours with wake-up and bedtime, Sundays and public holidays worked).
The positions available are for small 6-10 year olds or medium-sized 11-14 year olds.Your main responsibilities will be:
- Evaluate individual needs and develop a tailored support plan
- Provide emotional, social, and practical guidance
- Plan and participate in educational and recreational activities
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach
- Document and track the progress made by the individual.
For this position, you benefit from:
- Contract: CDD
- Duration: 3 months
- Salary: €15 per hour We are looking for a Specialized Educator (F/H) who wants to intervene in a medical-social establishment with a willingness to provide high-quality support to our beneficiaries.
- Holder of the State Diploma in Specialized Education (DEES)
- Able to work in a 7-hour rotation
- Sensitivity to individual and social needs of beneficiaries
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Capacity for adaptation and innovation in approach methods
