- Observe and evaluate individual needs of children in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Develop and implement personalized educational projects to promote personal development of children
- Ensure regular follow-up by maintaining trusting relationships with families and social partners

- Solid confirmed experience of at least two years in a medico-social establishment
- Ability to establish an empathetic and benevolent relationship with accompanied children
- Mastery of educational and pedagogical practices adapted to the target audience
- Holder of the State Diploma in Specialized Education (DEES) or equivalent recognized certificate
