This multidisciplinary and multi-site structure offers residents a particularly harmonious living and working environment, as well as an ensemble of skills tailored to their needs and abilities. The Cité du Genévrier is the custodian of the moral testament of its Sister Julie Hofmann. It considers the happiness of the people it welcomes as one of its core values. Mission The 'L Amandier' group is a living space welcoming eight adult residents with intellectual disabilities and associated disorders. The support offered promotes well-being and comfort for residents, particularly through care and activities proposed around the 5 senses. Residents regularly participate in outings, activities, and various leisure and vacation camps that are offered to them. To complete our team, we are looking for a social (H/F). Accompanying a polyhandicapped person at L'Amandier means: Realizing individualized accompaniment in daily life tasks Being present and benevolent Being sensitive to non-verbal communication through gaze, touch, sounds, and daily discovery, exploration, and supposition, being inventive and allowing the person who does not express themselves verbally to act in their own way Fostering autonomy, dignity, and security for residents Profile sought Having a degree or diploma from HES or CFC assistant or ASSC Being at ease with care and non-verbal communication Being dynamic and knowing how to take on team spirit and ethical sense You master usual tools, possess a driving license, and are willing to perform irregular working hours, including during work periods.
