Your main mission will consist of ensuring a conducive environment for child development while coordinating educational actions.

- Design, drive, and implement the pedagogical project in line with the social project of the establishment

- Arrange safe and stimulating spaces for exploration and free play to foster autonomy, socialization, and potential development

- Observe each child attentively to adapt practices and develop individualized responses

- Animate awakening activities supporting autonomy, socialization, and potential development

- Coordinate the educational team, animate practice reflections, and ensure consistency of actions.

The client is ready to offer the following conditions:
- Contract: CDD
- Duration: 3 months
- Salary: €13.5 per hour
