In a medico-social environment, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal development and quality accompaniment for each child received.
- Design and implement a pedagogical project in line with the social project and the needs of the children and families received
- Create and maintain a safe awakening environment by setting up stimulating spaces that promote exploration and free play
- Observe children to adapt educational practices and propose individualized responses to support their development
- Animate complex awakening activities adapted to the acquisition of autonomy, socialization, and the development of children's potentialities
- Coordinate and supervise the educational team by promoting collective reflection moments and harmonizing professional practices.

- State diploma in Children's Educator required
