Our agency stands out for its expertise in early childhood, a crucial domain for the well-being and development of young children. How do you want to enrich the development of children in a daycare center located in a social center as a Child Educator?
In a stimulating and benevolent environment, you will actively participate in implementing pedagogical projects that promote child development.
The establishment consists of 27 cradles, with fully renovated premises offering a warmer, more functional, and more inclusive space.
The team is composed of 20 professionals and volunteers committed to serving the residents and the associative project. The EAJE is labeled as a Crèche with a social insertion vocation by the CAF of Rhône.
- Participate in developing and implementing the pedagogical project in collaboration with the regulatory and social framework
- Organize various activities, including the domains of play, education, culture, and sports, to encourage children's autonomy
- Ensure a secure and benevolent environment, while ensuring the comfort and hygiene of the children
- Coordinate between families, the establishment team, and management for smooth communication
- Actively participate in transversal projects at the Social Center, contributing to associative life

- State diploma in Child Education required
- Ability to develop and implement a pedagogical project in accordance with the regulatory framework
- Competence in organization and animation of various activities to encourage awakening and autonomy
- Capacity to ensure a secure and benevolent environment for children
- Know-how in coordination between parents, team, and management, ensuring service continuity
