YOUNG CHILDREN EDUCATOR (F/H)

Our agency stands out for its expertise in early childhood, an essential domain for well-being and development of young children. As a field educator, you are responsible for ensuring the quality of welcome and accompaniment of children and their families. Your main missions include :
- Designing and implementing the pedagogical project in collaboration with the team.
- Ensuring the supervision of the team and transmission of know-how (technical reference role)
- Proposing awakening activities adapted to the needs and development of each child.
- Arranging the space, including our magnificent garden, to promote exploration and free play.
- Establishing a trusting relationship with parents and accompanying them in their parental role.

- Duration: To be defined with the structure
- Salary: 13.8 euros/hour, to be defined according to the structure's convention The ideal candidate for the position of Young Children Educator (F/H) within a medical-social establishment will demonstrate exceptional aptitudes in accompanying and educating young children.
- Ability to create a stimulating and secure learning environment for each child
- Competence in gentle and benevolent communication with children, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Required training: State Diploma of Young Children Educator indispensable
- Keen sense of observation to respond effectively to the individual needs of children
- Solid commitment to sustainable and balanced development of children within the establishment
