Educator Day Centre

An educator is sought to join the team of a day centre in San Lorenzo de El Escorial, in a temporary position to cover a long-term absence. This service is part of a community program aimed at prevention and strengthening families, working with children and their families who are in situations of vulnerability or social risk. The main objective is to offer socio-educational support that improves their personal, family, and social well-being. Daily tasks include the design of individualized intervention projects, accompanying families in their daily environment, and conducting group workshops on positive parenting styles. It also aims to provide a welcoming space for minors, fostering their integral development and acquiring skills to face daily difficulties. Healthy lifestyle habits and community integration will be promoted, coordinating with other resources such as schools and social services. The working day is from Monday to Thursday, from 10:00 to 19:00, with alternating Fridays (morning or afternoon). The annual salary is between 24,001 and 30,000 euros gross, distributed in 14 payments, with extraordinary payments in June and December. The offered contract is for training and learning.
