About the Role

A global software company is seeking an experienced EDRMS Specialist to support a major Federal Government client in Canberra. This role requires a strong blend of technical capability and consulting expertise, working with a leading enterprise records and information management platform (similar to HP TRIM, HPE Records Manager, Objective, or Content Manager-style systems).

You will work directly with government stakeholders to configure, enhance, and support the EDRMS environment, ensuring best-practice information governance in a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical expertise in an enterprise EDRMS environment.
• Configure, administer, and optimise the organisation's electronic document and records management system.
• Collaborate with business users to analyse requirements and translate them into effective EDRMS solutions.
• Support data migrations, integrations, and troubleshooting activities.
• Develop and maintain documentation, system processes, and user guidance.
• Deliver strategic and operational advice on records governance, metadata, and lifecycle management.

Required Skills & Experience

• Current TSPV clearance (essential).
• Proven hands-on experience with EDRMS platforms, such as:

• Content Manager-style systems
• HP TRIM / HPE Records Manager
• Objective

Desirable

• Prior experience working within secure Federal Government environments.
• Knowledge of scripting, automation, integration, or upgrade processes related to EDRMS platforms.
• Certifications in records or information management.
