For an important company, we are looking for the following profile: - Formulate and execute comprehensive media strategies tailored to the company and its journal. - Foster collaboration with the Social Media Editor's team to craft engaging content across various platforms. - Aid in content creation and refinement across written, visual, and audio mediums, ensuring accuracy and quality. - Analyze metrics and generate insightful reports to track performance effectively. - Conduct market research to identify trends and preferences, optimizing content to drive website traffic. - Ensure adherence to submission standards and author guidelines during peer review process. - Coordinate with medical illustrator and production editor to review accepted manuscript files. - Foster synergy with the Communications Team to maintain consistent messaging. - Document key discussions and decisions during editorial meetings. - 1-3 years of demonstrated experience in a comparable position. - Proficiency across various social media platforms. - Background or keen interest in scientific/scholarly publishing. - Exceptional English writing, editing, and proofreading abilities. - Strong organizational and time-management aptitude. - Capacity to collaborate within a team and work autonomously. - Availability for occasional travel, typically twice annually.
