As Chief Content Creation at Doc ચેક News, you will give these topics a stage. Together with your twelve-person team, you will be responsible for the journalistic voice of the largest community for medical professionals in Europe. You will set impulses, sharpen perspectives, and develop content and formats that inform, surprise, and can sometimes be provocative. It's not just about what's important today, but also about which topics will dominate the discussion tomorrow. You don't wait for change, you initiate it and take your team along with you.

Your Substance

You have several years of experience in digital journalism or content creation and have already taken responsibility for teams, editorial departments, or media offerings. You have a good instinct for relevant topics and the internal drive to pursue them consistently. You think journalistically and question routines if there are better ways. You use new technologies like AI where they improve your work. Healthcare know-how is not a must. More important are your curiosity, your creative streak, and the ability to make complex topics understandable and relevant.

Your Trip

You will lead our editorial team both professionally and disciplinarily and, together with your team, further develop the content direction of DocCheck News. You will set editorial priorities, promote research, reports, and new formats (e.g., via social media), and ensure that quality, relevance, and speed come together. You will be responsible for daily reporting as well as the further development of our content, channels, and formats, and will meaningfully integrate AI and innovations into the daily editorial routine.
