EDI Consultant (m/w/d)

DIA Connecting Software develops shop platforms and integration solutions for manufacturers and retailers of technical products. With DIAConnect and DIAInterlink, we operate the system integration of our customers as a managed service: EDI connections, ERP interfaces, and ongoing data exchange between business partners.

We are looking for reinforcement for our team at our location in Schortens. You plan, set up, and operate EDI projects on our integration platforms.

Tasks

• Planning, coordination, and technical implementation of EDI projects on DIAConnect and DIAInterlink – from requirement to go-live
• Technical onboarding of new customers and maintenance of existing customers in the managed-service operation
• Creation of EDI mappings and ensuring error-free data flows between systems and business partners
• Coordination of project work between team, customers, and their suppliers
• Monitoring of EDI processes and ensuring data integrity

Qualification

• Techical background – whether through training (e.g., computer scientist), study (e.g., business informatics) or relevant professional experience
• Experience with EDI onboarding in the ERP environment based on standard formats such as IDoc, XML, CSV, and JSON
• Knowledge of typical EDI formats such as EDIFACT, EANCOM, ANSI X12, and VDA
• Experience in IT project management
• Fundamental knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ETL processes
• Able to explain complex issues clearly
• Structured, self-responsible working style
• Very good German and good English skills in writing and speaking
