EDI Business Analyst

About the Role : We are seeking an EDI Operations Analyst to oversee the daily management and optimization of our EDI environment. This role will be essential in ensuring smooth integrations with global trading partners while driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with EDI systems, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external trading partners to ensure seamless integration of EDI processes. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to EDI transactions. • Analyzing data to optimize EDI performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes as needed. • Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in EDI and supply chain management. • Participating in continuous process improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. • 2+ years of experience working with EDI systems, preferably in a business analyst or operations role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external trading partners. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. • Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
