Through your in-depth understanding of the health innovation landscape in the Central region and by building strong relationships with relevant players and organizations within the ecosystem, you will act as EIT Health's expert and primary contact for regional matters.
You will identify regional opportunities and challenges, analyze relevant developments, and make them visible to further strengthen EIT Health's impact and presence in the region.
Our Ecosystem Managers work closely together as a European team to leverage synergies across regions, create a common understanding of regional developments and areas of action, and foster exchange and further development of ideas between the regions.
Regular travel within the region is part of this role. Residence in the Munich area or in Southern Germany is an advantage, as the focus of regional responsibility lies in the Central region.

- You will support and advise EIT Health members based in the region in gaining access to EIT Health programs as well as other EU and regionally funded programs, and in actively participating in them.
Leadership & Collaboration
- You will represent EIT Health in the region and take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of assigned team members and virtual teams.
- You will foster collaboration between EIT Health, regional members, and other players in the health ecosystem.
- You will support the Head of Ecosystem Management in member care and ensure that membership lists, contact details, and engagement records are kept up-to-date and maintained across all regions and locations.
Impact, Growth & Visibility
- You will identify relevant regional successes and contributions, document them, and make them visible through EIT Health's communication channels.
- You will actively drive the expansion of regional activities and EIT Health's presence in the region.

- You understand the processes and dynamics of healthcare innovation.
- You can identify synergies and opportunities that align with EIT Health's goals and know how to leverage them effectively.
- You live in the Munich area or in Southern Germany, as this is where the focus of your regional responsibility lies.
- You are fluent in German and English.
