Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment: Handle end-to-end order processing, tracking, and fulfillment from our website and other aggregator platforms. Logistics & Shipping: Coordinate with major shipping aggregators (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery, etc.) to ensure timely dispatches, manage RTOs (Return to Origin), and resolve transit issues.
