the task

• TikTok Shop Management:
  • You are responsible for the operational shop management of your customers: product listings, catalog maintenance, and continuous optimization of the shop structure.
  • You plan and steer pricing strategies and promotions – from action prices to voucher campaigns to platform-side sale events.
  • You analyze the shop performance based on relevant eCom KPIs (GMV, CR, CTR, ROAS) and lead concrete measures.
  • You have a sense for which products perform, why – and what you do if they don't.
• Client Leadership & Growth:
  • You take over the comprehensive care of several customers: from strategy development to implementation in TikTok Shop.
  • You are the central point of contact for your customers, proactively guide them and extract the maximum from every partnership – you always think two steps ahead.
  • You recognize growth potential, communicate clearly at decision-making level, and excite with results.
• Projekt- & Account Management:
  • You manage all workflows of your customers and work closely with our TikTok Shop team (Franzi as Lead, Emelie & Laurin in Creator Management).
  • You keep timelines, set clear priorities, and ensure that customers are picked up at every stage.
  • You establish scalable standards and processes – and implement them directly for your customers.
  • You have KPIs, reportings, and measures always in sight and present them sovereignly internally and externally.
• TikTok Shop Strategy:
  • You develop annual strategies with, steer towards target achievement, and keep market changes in the TikTok Shop world always on your radar.
  • You learn quickly, bring new trends and features actively into your customer work, and become a true expert over time.

• Fundamental experience in eCommerce – whether as an eCommerce Manager, in performance marketing or online retail, as long as you know how digital shops grow.
• No TikTok Shop experience necessary – but genuine curiosity about the topic and the willingness to take responsibility quickly.
• Strength in customer leadership: You know how to build trust, manage expectations, and develop customers actively.
• Structured, self-responsible working style with a focus on the big picture.
• Communication talent at all levels – from operational coordination to presentation at the customer level.
